My name is Alexey, and I am a tech-focused manager and business consultant with a degree in finance & economics and a solid background in civil engineering.

I was born in Moscow, in 1990, used to live in a small town in a suburb till my studentship, then in 2009 I moved to Saint Petersburg.

Since 2022 I live on the beautiful island of Cyprus 🇨🇾

I’ve been fortunate to lead projects like building e-commerce for office supplies, creating systems to manage the subleasing of business spaces, and running departments that manage contract procedures for selling electrical equipment in B2G. Could say that in most of these projects, I focused on improving business processes that deal with boring things like numbers and calculations. But surprisingly, I’ve found a lot of room for creative thinking in these seemingly ordinary tasks.

I’ve had the privilege of leading projects in restoration and construction within esteemed institutions like the State Hermitage Museum, local museums dedicated to regional history, and historical fortresses across the Leningrad region. My role extended to engineering and architectural management in international projects focused on cross-border development within the European Union’s INTERREG framework. Additionally, I contributed to renovation projects backed by the Investment Construction Projects Fund of St. Petersburg.
